It's my eighth year writing an end-of-year top-10 style article. That feels pretty great because in that time, we have published more than 600 articles and A2L's Litigation Consulting Report blog has been visited one million times. Wow, right?

While our blog readership continues to grow, we have also seen consistent growth in our litigation consulting business focused on jury consulting/mock trials, the creation of litigation graphics for experts and opening/closing statements, and providing in-court trial technicians. The world's top 50 law firms rely heavily on A2L when it comes to their most challenging cases, large-scale contract disputes, battles with the government, patent litigation, antitrust litigation, products liability litigation, and environmental litigation dominate our consulting practice. Like any professional services firm, I think they keep coming back because of the quality of our team members.

We were lucky to welcome John Moustakas to the A2L team this year. After a long career as a successful trial lawyer, John now leads a group of dozens of lawyers, artists, and technology personnel at A2L. The articles he has written for this blog have been very well received and are well represented in the top 10 list below.

Each year, we rank the best articles based on the number of times they are read. Thus, our readers are the true curators of this list. The subjects covered in these articles will be valuable to any trial lawyer or any member of the team of legal professionals who support them.

2018's top 10 best litigation articles are presented below ranked from #10 to #1. Each may be tweeted or shared to Linkedin by clicking the appropriate icon. Click on the link to read each article. Enjoy and please claim a free subscription while you are here as a year-end thank you.
